Someone please give me some advice

Ok honestly I do not know how to explain this without telling to much so Im just going to tell the basics. Ok I always knew I wanted to go greek for so many reasons but I never knew exactly what I wanted to do I mean I had my ideas but I am not the type to jump into anything. When I got to school for some reason I started hanging with xyz alot and REALLY started to like them and what they stood for and I was set on what I wanted to do but I still do not like the idea of jumping into things so I was waiting until I was ready. Now things have changed I mean I am still interested in them but recently I found out they are doing some stuff that just do not seem right. Basically they are letting someone that has not even been here a full semester pledge (I do not know how) and this chick doesn't even have a gpa yet. Also they only have a few people on the yard lets just say....3 and so I know they probably want to put more people on the yard but I really want things to be done the right way not just sticking people in to say its more people. The problem is I have been hanging with the girls of xyz not because they are xyz but because we are friends so I don't know if other organizations would look down on that. Its also alot more about the organization that I am starting not to like but I dont't want to say to much on that. Basically I need to know should I just look over these things since I like the organization so much or should I stick to the things that are most important to me??? Sorry if its hard to understand I didn't know how to word it.

Hey Sweetie, There are 2 two things that you must do. 1. Weigh the pros and cons about that org. 2. Do the research on the other orgs that you would consider, and then come them apples to apples. Once you have compared everything (what you like, dislike, what they stand for, wat you stand for, their aspirations, goal, ect.) then you can make a conscious decision. About the girl that you said that doesn't have the GPA, there might be more to it that you are not privy to. (ie. she may have transferred or have been there before) who's to know.....
