Im calling to order a cabniet/bureacratic executive meeting to discuss all pending national issues: To begin... -Gas prices, I've have intel that says lower class citizens are selling thier cars for gas money... And upper class citizens are buying them just to get the gas out... LOL

Solution, lock all the people that learned how to bootleg CD's, DVD's, Jordans, High priced clothing...ect. into a room with some petroleum and cooking **** and tell them they have 3 days to come up with some "exclusive" gasoline.... Thumbup

I have an additional requirement for the gasoline. The exclusive gasoline shall produce cleaner emissions than regular gasoline. The bootleggers must make sure the gasoline is good for the environment.
