What are some things, whether it's rappers, slang, styles of dress, dances, clubs, etc. that only people in your hometown or state know about? For example, if somebody from a different region was like "oh so you from _____ so I know you like to...." you'd prolly get excited and respond like "daaamn what you know about that!!!"

Publix no longer exists -- The last **** that knocked everyones power out for DAYS!!.. some WEEKS!!! -- "Peanutt Butter jelly" and "Ice Cream and Cake" are not just food!!! -- Miami-Dade, Broward, Tampa, Orlando, and tallahasse.... everything else is either non existant or "country".

wow, this got brought back from the ****??? lol well ppl in Ohio know about: that good ole OSU-Michigan Rivalry that construction season is the worst! orange barrels EVERYWHERE! it can be 80 one day and snowing the next... Southern Ohio ppl have an accent, northern Ohio ppl don't Cleveland ppl know all about... LINE DANCES...nine times out of ten, it's nothing for us to have a whole CD of them in our house (or know someone who does) Hot Sauce Williams...nuff said Shaw HS band is the closest thing we'll get to hearing an hbcu band! lol ppl know what 10-5, Da Clair, Down The Way, the Valley, etc are the Browns-Steelers rivalry Da Flats used to be the hangout spot back in the day... Puerto Rican Festival/Parade is where the guys go to scout girls and everyone goes for the good food! Home of those 2007 NBA Eastern Conference Champs the CAVS!
