A couple weeks ago in Miami. 
We rented scooters and it was one of the best things we could have done, those things are so much fun. lol Just know that you can't just park em anywhere. I found out the hard way that just because every other scooter is parked in the yellow, it doesn't make it legal! 
I got a $37 parking ticket!
