My friend was like some guy at her job liked me. She was like I told him you're a good girl and all this stuff, and he still wants to talk to you. So I'm like no, at first because I didn't want to talk to anybody really; but she gave him my email address so he wrote me a couple emails. And he was like is it true that you haven't been touched. And I was like yeah, He was like wow you're a dying breed. Which brings me to my question because I'm think that men that are virgins are extinct, and young men with out children are on their way to extinction too. So guys tell me if I'm wrong, or if I'm right? And for those of you who are not virgins, which I am sure there are many, do you ever wish you wouldn't have gave it up so soon?

Yeah....I can't even lie...not only did I lose my virginity late in the game, but I only regretted not losin it earlier. I do think female virgins are nearly extinct, and of all the girls I know in college, I might only know about ten who I am sure are virgins. I do NOT go for the born again BS either. And it's BS that so many "men have kids" because it's not like they are havin them with each other...it takes two to tango...so it's just as many women who have kids, u know?? In college, I would probably estimate that 4-6% of all the black men have kids...and it might be a lil lower or higher, but definitely nothing more than like 9-10%. It's just not THAAAAT common u know?

As a female, I'm going to say that it's just not males feeling the pressure to lose their virginities either. You don't see females holding on to it, or even wanting to hold on to it because they're such a rarity. So males want to lose their virginities because they basically want to prove their lil manhood or what have you, but females want to give it up because who wants to be that one lonely **** college virgin?

Exactly!! So, males usually feel the pressure from other males, specifically those in their inner circle. Females on the otherhand feel the pressure mostly from males because of the mindset "if you dont, then someone else will". And so many times females fall into that just to have someone pay them a small amount of attention.

^^Yeah I agree that we all have weak moments. I just feel that for somebody to be a virgin in college, when I'm 98% sure that they've been tried or tested all throughout high school..then to just give it up outta nowhere, is kinda suspect to me. I'm sure that most virgins have moments where they want to lose their virginity...but for those who make it past HS, I'm sure that they had to be stronger than most just to get through that, and for them to let it happen so easy in college is confusing to me.

Well I know for me my parents were very protective, almost over protective. I swear my dad scared most of the guys who tried to talk to me. And when you go to college you have more freedom you don't have your parents there telling you, you can't go out or do this or that. Which makes it easier to lower your standards at times. Plenty of girls who have been sheltered easily give it up when they get away from home. It all depends on the girl and what she stands for. And sometimes it goes a bit deeper than that.

It's not the same thing. You didn't make the choice, the choice was made for you if that is the case. Not discounting the issue in itself, but **** is not the same thing as you compromising. If you are serious about that, You couldn't control what happen, you can only control how you heal and how you react next.

Actually any pressure I got to lose mine, more than likely it was from OTHER females who were like "Dei, did you DO IT YET?" I mean yeah I got pressured from guys to, but I didnt really care! The females pressuring me was more surprising me, and I did end up quite isolated because all they would talk about is who they did last night, what they did, etc...it got old REAL quick! And I dont want to give it up til I'm MARRIED...I dont care about being the one lonely virgin...cause I'm out here tryna be DIFFERENT anyway! If I had a dollar for every female who came up to me and told me to "keep mine" because they regretted it...I'd be RICH!
