Did I Make The Right Decision?

I was on here a couple of Months ago asking should I go to Hampton. Finally, I visited Hampton and I WAS BLOWN AWAY! (as in blown away like smelling a fat girls cooch) The dorms were MINI and had mad leakage.There was a leak in the ceiling from the top floor to the bottom floor.They actually gave me a tour of the room with the leak. So, I saw the girls and said maybe I should still go, but when I got to Financial aid, they said that there was none available.------still, I was motivated by the beautiful ladies. I went to another office and then it all began....They gave me they RUNAROUND! "Go to this office, go to that office, no--go to this office" I spent 3 and 1/2 hour to get ONE PACKET!! So--My dad said were through and were leaving. I decided to Attend Old Dominion University because I still wanted to be in the Tidewater area, Did I make the Right decision?
