what to do...what to do

I'm not greek...yet...but I am apart of an organization that you do have to go through something to be apart of... Me and my sisters were informed that this girl had got caught stealing and when she appeared in front of the judge and was asked why...she said it was an initiation into our organization...so intern...our organization can be suspended and because she made a mention that we are affiliated with a certain greek organization (which is not true)....they can be put up under investigation...we don't know this girl or anything about her...really never cared to know...now...we are trying to go about this...the mature way...but there are some of us who want to beat her ****...but we are all adults and we are going to do things the right way...my question is...what would you do if you found out someone was claiming your organization just because they want to be apart of it or just to get their **** out of hot water?
