Wassup Family! I wanted to introduce ya'll to a future HBCU graduate and future Alphaman! My son...
Xavier Marquise Nelson

Born April 21st weighing in at 3lbs 13oz. He was expected to come in June but he told me that he needed to get at the ladies before the summer hit, so he came early. Some of ya'll have been asking about him and fighting over babysitting duties, lol so I had to keep ya'll informed. I've attached a pic of him about 10-15 mins after his birth. My wife is home and doing well and he's still in the hospital because he is preterm. BUT he's doing great and improving everyday!

I'll be sure to keep ya'll updated.

lol For the time being, folk call him "X-Man". That's what his great-grandmother calls him, so that's pretty much law. lol

Thanks Neo. And as for an update, the nurses told us on Tuesday that it would be a couple more weeks until Xavier would be able to come home. But I got a call on Wednesday saying that he'd be coming home on Thursday, yesterday. :o So needless to say, that's where I've been. He's here at the house sleeping and eating...mostly sleeping. lol I'm trying to figure this "parent" thing out. I don't know what I've gotten myself into! ...but I'll make it. lol

PRAISE THE LORD!!! A baby is a blessing from God and Xavier is a true blessing. You don't have to worry about the father thing "C," because you're off to a great start. You have already taught your son some things... 1) How to charm the ladies! 2) How to make an enterance! 3) How to say alot without saying a word! 4) How to do things on his time! and last but not least...HOW TO BE COOL AND STAY EASY!!! (Congrats to you and the Mrs.)
