How many of yall have gotten rejection letters and think they were unfairly rejected. Take mine for instance. I got REJECTED from Winston-Salem State University. Their reason was that the only language I took was english. My school was a vocational school and didn't offer any other languages.

I got one from spelman they said they had too many applicants and i went up to the admissions office because my mom was just so sure that she could convince them (lol) but all the lady said was that there was an appeal process and that was all i could really do- i think she was a little bitter... she told us how spleman was her first choice and she didn't get accepted and now she's working in admissions. I'm not to upset about it though cuz i'm going to howard!

anyway, if u get a parent or like counselor to ask then they will tell u...anyway. i feel kinda bad for u, but if u didn't meet the requirements, , (hence, like english) it doesn't really reflect on u, it's just that i mean, u can't expect them to bend the rules. really... cuz then it wouldn't be a requirement. :wink:
