I just got threw watching the K west Video's and I must say that is more than music. That is why I post this hear. Now if that didn't touch you and make u think about things than you might be lost. That has 2 be the best video I seen in maybe two years that has a point and makes total sense. Just like the Video and song One mic From esco. It should have opened your eyes wide. Those two songs are life changing songs that should wake a lot of us up. But I'm starting 2 babble IM still in shock over what I saw. If there is anyone who can take the game and change it it's Kanye West thas real talk for you. How can you not feel that? Far az the better of the two? They both were hot but i would say we need more of that

I'm just not in the whole "Kanye's Saves Hip Hop Craze" for a few reasons, one being that he's not as new as it seems and he still hasn't amazed me. There are alot of cats out there who spit just like him but because he's a producer he gets the shine from it. He's got nice messages in a few of his songs but it's just nothing that moves me like it seems to be doing everybody else. :?

I love Kanye's style he thinks on his own. I love what he brings to the game but I don't agree with his "college ain't sh*t" attitude. He has great social power and by promoting that type of attitude he is possibly stopping some kids, teetering on the borderline between going and not going to college, from actually attending.

Kanye West is the saving grace of this **** travesty called Hip Hop!! He is doing what was done 15 years ago, when hip hop was socially concious music. I hope Kanye West can start a trend of making "good music" since we live and die by it , we might as well make it positive. On the other hand he should tone down his disregard for college that is NOT a good message!!! But all in all KANYE WEST SHOULD HOLD HIP HOP BY ITS NECK :idea: ...not kiss, because he still has a gangsta mentality. :? If Kanye West needs a partner ....he should look at Common,Talib or even KRS-One, no one else . He is gaining the power to make serious change in Black America unlike Jay Z, Tupac, and Biggie!!

^^^ Whoa I was with you for a second but then you had to go and name Tupac with the rappers who didn't do anything. Tupac did plenty, you must look beyond his main stream music to find his true character and the change he attempted to make in the community. As far as Kanye goes he does have a lot of power, let's see what he will do with it.

Kanye West is cool, i like how he mixes that old stuff, and makes it his own, but right now i think hes just getting his 15mins of fame, then after a while he'll be yesterdays news.... Look at Swiss Beats, he was doing EVERYTHING, then the Neptunes came in a stomped him out, then the Neptunes were just RUNNING the R&B, Rap and even Pop scene... But now Kanye has come thru....so whos gonna be next :arrow: :?: :?:

Actually....Kanye West is about school.... I know some people who know him :wink: So I know Did I mention I live right across the street from where is mother teach??? :?

yes, i definitely feel kanye is tha truth. i think he's breakin up the so-called hip hop cycle that we have goin on now, and is educating those who don't know. He's doin his thang tho..i think he'll be around for a while. If he's not rappin, then he'll be producin someone's music. and yeah, kanye is about school. he just wants to let peeps know if you're going to go to college, u should choose a major that is going to benefit you. don't just go to college because you want to make your parents proud. choose a profession that you love and just do you!!
