i was gonna say "10-year reunion"...or when we're all "30"...but umm...as we've seen from the age range, we won't ever all be 30, lol...so with THAT said.. that "feels like i'm gettin' old" thread inspired this... okay, PICTURE IT'S THE YEAR 2020....we've ALL moved on with our lives (as in, haven't been on HBCU-CENTRAL since 2004 or '05)....we haven't heard from or spoken to most up here since...and we suddenly get up for a FACE2FACE 2020 reunion.... tell us what's goin' on with you....how old r u.....ya married...? divorced...? ya spouse anyone we know?? got a career....or just a regular everyday job...or r ya unemployed??? r ya a housewife/husband?? where ya livin' - same place as now (ya hometown)...where u went to school....somewhere u always wanted to live...or some random place u never THOUGHT u'd EVER live...??? what does ya place look like- apartment...house...condo...mansion....homeless shelter :?...u freeloadin' in othas' spaces??? what...??? how many years of school did u have (or did u ever finish?)...and what degrees do you have...??? been keepin' in touch with anyone from tha boards all of these years??? who?? got any kids? how many? what are their names??? lol...anyway, ya'll get the idea...so spill it... oh yeah...and it'd be nice if you could tell what you TRUTHFULLY THINK will be going on in your life in 2020....AND what you WISH would be going on (as in, the fulfillment of all or most of your aspirations/dreams/goals by then)....or you can just tell either...

GODS WILL... Age: 35 years old Married: Yes...Haven't decided who yet... :twisted: Career: Public Relation and Marketing Executive at a Record Lable or NBA Team Education: Undergrad: Johnson C. Smith University, Grad: UNC-CH or Morehouse or Clark or NYU or Ga State...havent made up my mind... :wink: lol Kids: 2 Boy and Girl Living: Queen City(outside surb area like Mattews or Huntersville), ATL NYC. (Depends on what NBA team I work for). Home: 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, 1/2 Bath...2 story home on a nice size corner lot, BBall hoop outside

I just finishing my 10 season in the NFL playing running back for the New Orleans saints... This was my 5th year as a starter and my 2nd pro bowl season/.. i just got a 4 year 32 million dollar extension on my contract. i been married for 8 years to my yellowbone wife that i met during my one year of graduate school..nobody knows her.. i completed 5 years of school and got my masters in oral communication... i stop posting on the boards after college i saw no need in it... i still kick with my frat brothers though. I built me a nice house on the outskirts of atlanta and i got one on the missisippi gulf coast.. They both pretty nice I have a nice car collection including my pride and joy a white 69 cadillac deville with a red interior.... I finished up at JSU and spent one year in NFL europe before i was signed by the cowboys.. After getting a few chances to play i signed a new contract with the Saints and after an injury to the starting rb i begin to take over and kept my spot...... I am really trying to prepare for NFL retirement and have gotten a real estate company...

aiiiiiiiiight...didn't have time 2 do it earlier, but....herrrrrrre goeeez... gonna do mine be4 i go back & look @ ery'body else's repliez.... tell us what's goin' on with you....how old r u..... - i'm 35... ya married...? - Yup... divorced...? - No divorcez.... ya spouse anyone we know?? - Nope...it'z someone I did know & was cool with back in '04...but ya'll didn't know him...he's 38...we've been murried 4 13 yearz ...& tha honeymoon ain't even ova.... got a career - Yeess....I'm runnin' my own Black teen magazine and Hispanic teen magazine....and i occasionally write for "Sister2Sister"...which I used to be editor of, but had to pull back from a lil' to pursue my own dream....also in my leisure time, i STILL stay writing poetry, and I'm about to have my second novel published FINALLY.... r ya a housewife/husband?? - Was for like a year into the birth of my first child....but went back to workin' with my degrees... where ya livin' - Either Charlotte, NC...somewhere on tha northside of Cali...or wherever else one of our (my husband or my) careers might take us... what does ya place look like - livin' in a big, three-story (two stories plus the basement) house....with four bedrooms...three bathrooms...& the rest that comes in a house...plus a pool in the back & a basketball court on the side.... how many years of school did u have (or did u ever finish?) and what degrees do you have...??? - I went ahead and got my BS in Journalism & Mass Communications and ended up switchin' my Spanish minor to a second major...got out in December '06....walked in May '07 ...went ahead to graduate school and received my Master's from Howard....and Ph.D from UCLA... been keepin' in touch with anyone from tha boards all of these years??? who?? - Been gettin' up wit most of tha aggiez at least once a year since college....& I talk 2 Qua every now & then to see how he's doin' & makin' sure he stayin outta trouble, lol.... got any kids? how many? what are their names??? - yes, yes, YES! my husband & i knew early on we were gonna have a big family 'cause we both LOOOOVE children, so we made sure we had it 2getha financially....we got six kids - 3 boys, 3 girls....ages 12...11...9...7....4...& 2 ...i'll get back 2 ya wit tha names, but tha oldest boy has the same name as his father.... lol don't ask me why...but this whole response made me smile, lol....probably 'cuz most of this is doable....hehe..ANYwayz tho :arrow:

ouu I aint do the who do I tlak to Me and Kaye get together once a year to celebrate our birthdays, I call Wayne up every once in a while to see how he doin, Meya helped me with BC , my magazine, and of Jamila is the godmother to Crystal.....I talk to Jeremy to make sure he stayin outta trouble...and as for Quadiyr......hehe :wink: 8) :arrow:
