ay i'll b holdin it down at CAU n tha fall and i just went to our orientation. It was sooooo crunk. The OGz (orientation guides) had so much energy and love for tha school that it couldn't help but rub off on us. it really set the tone for us on what we needed to live up to when school actually started. it also gave us an opportunity to start meeting a lot of new friends. i want to know how orientation was at other schools? do ya'll feel that it's an important step to start making the transition from high school to college? any other thoughts??

i got back from my orientation at STATE friday...it was too crunk it's like one big party down there plus they try and be focused on school work...i was kinda bored at first cause my friends weren't down there....but i met alot of folks and we had fun at the step show, talent show, and all the parties they had everynight....we took a placement test and got our schedules and ids..the dorms were so so and the food was ugh...but it was sooo damn hot down there and it ws only 500 folks at the first orientation when school starts it will be over 6,000 so many folks...but i like state it's pretty good...

Well, at Tuskegee we will not have our orientation until Aug. 21. I wish we could have had it earlier.
After reading everybody else's experience I wish we had ours earlier too. That way we can meet people earlier. But O well I'll be at Skegee August 14th for band camp.

I wish we had an orientation during the summer. However, we only have one which is the week before school officially starts. Or maybe Spelbound, during April of senior year in high school, is suppose to do the job. Well, I just can't wait to August 14!
