Well since Neos have all the rights and privileges as the other members of a greek org, is there a reason why they need to be referred to as Neos, or is it simply nothing more than a name for those who have been in the organization for less than a year?

When voting time comes around, more than likely your line would be the deepest out of the frat at the time, so you all should have the opportunity to vote yourselves in office or keep most of it the same.
