top 20 bands

i was on this other site like this 1 called Blackcollegebands.com anyway this was there top 20 and i think it's sorta true what u think top 20 bands Jackson State University Southern University Morris Brown College University of Arkansas@ Pine Bluff Texas Southern University Alabama A&M University Prairie View A&M University Grambling State University Alabama State University Tennessee State University North Carolina A&T University Bethune Cookman College Norfolk State University Clark Atlanta University Florida A&M University Howard University Virigina State University Miles College Johnson C. The Marching Martians (as we used to call them back in the CIAA days) have always brought a good show, when I've seen them.

Yeah they have a good show...but the # of people they have don't match their sound. My opinion.

I wouldnt say the Spartan Legion is overrated. They have a very good band. They were at our homecoming last year. and I was impressed....but I DEFINITELY KNOW they couldnt spank anybody's ****. They aint that damn good!!!! :? :arrow:

I can see most of that list... but I wouldnt put some of them over other bands.... i.e. Virginia State?? My list would go as follows ( no paticular order) ~Hampton University ~Norfolk State University ~Howard ~Southern ~Bethune Cookman ~FAMU ~North Carolina A&T ~Grambling ~Alabama A&M ~Tennessee State ~Morris Brown....back in 2001 ~Clark-Atlanta ~Texas Southern ~Alabama State ~North Carolina Central (they be showin out for A&T) ~Morgan State ~South Carolina State ~Jackson State ~Prairie View ~Alcorn (they were aight when we played them in 2002) Those are my top 20...of what I have seen

^^Yeah that list is much better, although I personally would replace Morgan and Alcorn with Va State and JC Smith (well prior to 2002) ......but dont sleep on Del St either, they are really on the come up.
