Now I did hear this somewhere else before now. That's messed up. And looking at copyright laws and loop holes, the Kappas are facing some DEEP junk. Hope all goes well. I love our "playboys" :wink:

yeah cosigns..i mean im not in an org or anything but kappas know that if it was the other way around and they came up with the bunny first they would be suing playboy in a heatbeat......they shouldve gotten permission first, plain and simple, because that's just dishonorable to steal someone's main symbol they use for business...

Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Incorporated, has not "Stolen" any playboy logo's. It is NOT recognized as any official symbol of ours. Now, there HAS been a big misuse of it by undergrad chapters,etc but thats the same thing when girls go out and get the bunny airbrushed on their baby tees, or on their license plates.
