Wats the most weight you lost in a short amount of time?

Im tryin to drop a couple lbs and I want to know have yall ever tried to lose weight seriously and how succesful was it?

^^LOL, naw, that colonoscopy is on a WHOLE 'notha level. Man, you have to take a pill to clean your colon out, then you have to be on a liquid diet the day before AND they stick a scope up there and take pictures. Now if you really wanna, um, "clean things out" holla at a soap sud enema or one from walgreens..****! Okay, lemme stop before I start to gross some folks out. :arrow:

I lost like 15lbs in a month and that was from being to dayum busy to eat...when someone figures out a way to gain weight let me know..cause i need to get like 5-15 lbs back on...

I've lost 30 pounds in two weeks but that was because I got sick. When I got better I kept the fat off by working out.

My best friend lost like 60 lbs in 3 months. We thought she had an eating disorder for a minute because she never ate, but when we were about to confront her on it, we found out she had actually lost the weight because her appendix(sp) had ruptured. She had been walking around for a solid year with a ruptured appendix(sp). Anyways, I gained the freshman 15 when I was at Hampton. I lost it when I got back home. I'm back at a buck 50. All those late night Chanello's deliveries were getting my weight up.

The easiest way to gain weight is to eat more calories than you burn. You dont necessarily have to eat fast food though. Also, after you exercise have something to eat so you can replenish some of the calories that you burn. Another way is to lift weights, since muscle weighs more than fat you'll gain muscle mass. Thats all I can think of.
