Aight peoples.......... TIRED of hearing.well READING y'alls Threads and **** about being a Mod or Getting rid of tha current ones that dont do they Jobs........ here is YOUR chance......... Put a Detailed paragraph as 2 why U wanna be a Mod, what forum U wanna be over and why..........and what U think a Mod should do........ Keep in mind if chose you MUST do what U said U think a Mod Should do else YOU WONT BE ONE ANYMORE......... and ummmmm dont think just cause U a Mod U gonna still be one...... EVERY Current Mod could lose they position if they aint doin what they need 2 be doin..........Got me???? So Type away people............ And Good Luck......... I want to be a moderator. If I am chosen to be a moderator I would like to moderate one or more of the following forums: :arrow: HBCU PROSPECT because I am a prospect and I definitely know what its like....I always try and help members in the forum that need help and offer as much advice and assistance as possible. :arrow: HBCU QUESTIONS AND CONCERNS (see above) :arrow: MUSIC because I'm pretty much up to date with the music scene...always learning new stuff...reading and writing reviews :arrow: LYRICIST LOUNGE because sometimes it gets really **** in there and ALOT of the posts only have 0,1,2 responses...If I was a moderator in that forum EVERY thread would have AT least one response....and I'd encourge more from heads I know :arrow: HBCU Book Club because I love reading and I believe I could work hard to REALLY get an interesting book club going on in there...plus book reviews I believe as a moderator I would not only sign onto this site everyday RELIGIOUSLY but I'd also contribute to the FORUM(s) as well. I've had a lot of experience and I always do an excellent job as a moderator...I have an impressive history being a moderator....super moderator...assistant administrator ETC ETC.... :arrow: :arrow: :arrow: :arrow:

*Myranda clears her throat* Well I know that I would like to be a moderator because it seems like something that would be fun to do. Maybe its me but I feel that everyone who contributes a significant amount to the board should be able to moderate. Im not saying its a bad thing but it does feel like certain particular schools run the board and determine what gets locked and what doesn't. To make this simple I want to be a moderator cause....well i just do LOL

I want to moderate more forums because #1, I'm always in ALL of them (The Yard most of the time), and #2, I know whats best for the board overall. A mod doesn't just post & read. A good mod doesn't complain about the changes that SHOULD be made...he MAKES the changes and lets THAT be his/her example to those who chose to clutter the board with unnecessary foolishness. I feel that my modness best exemplifies a good mod, and I feel that I'm up to that "job." I'd like to mod the Yard, Games, and Sports. Thats enuff for me. So come on Chris...come on. Chris? Come on....

Oh, and I'd like to mod the News & Info forum...if we get one. Yeah. Me & Jemeya. We're always up to date on the news & stuff, so we'll probably be the ones that're in there the most.

well i wanna be a mod because first of all i am here a lot.ive been here as long as some of the mods although my post count may not show because of some issues las year with my school and my computer.i guess u could say i took a leave of absence for awhile.but im not even gonna lie but it also looks fun to do.plus u need a mod thats here almost every day unlike some mods who come every blue moon.but i dont even need to moderate the yard.the games,sports,or the hamptons would do just fine.

ok im breaking down and doing an essay ive been here since before march 2003...i changed my user name.......anywayyyysss...ive bee here for quite a while, and just recently i was granted to be the Howard University moderator...yes I like the job, even though the forum is a bit **** now since it is school time....but I would like to have more responsibility since I have been here for so long....my first choice is 1- da yard--im pretty good at organizing stuff, heck my major is information systems thats all i do on a daily basis is organize stuff, and i can move posts quickly that need to be in other sections properly so that people will get the point that different sections of the forums need to be used ! 2--to be co-moderator of the ladies forum, cause imma good feminist, and well i guess maybe i want to just be apart of the forum that i read the most and get the most info from in the first place tie between 2nd choice--music forum, or entertainment forum, cause I always got my ear to the entertainment world, and i ALWAYS post the latest happenings and pics.... i think ive done a pretty good job so far on HBCU-central, im a peaceful type person, im smart, i log on just about everyday.....im from Howard so i can give a bit of diversity....and plus i dont think larry :? deserves to edit my PICTURE POSTS AND HE ISNT EVEN THE OFFICIAL MODERATOR OF THE PICTURE FORUM! and i cant even do ANYTHING!...but thats another issue :? cause that was just outright unfair....and so errrr yeah, hook me up *handing lollipops to everyone*

scratch that.i would like to be a mod for the yard.like homegirl said above, im good at organization too since i am an information systems major too.but if i was mod i would at least post replies and topics to the "****" forums that nobody seems to go to.
