lol...Before I announce who has won, I apologize for my tardiness in not doing this thread sooner. I been really busy...
ALSO...I would like to thank all of the nominees, semi finalists, and finalists who participated in this pageant. All of you would have worn the title of Mr. HBCU well. Thank you to all the members of the HBCU community who voted in all 3 rounds of the competition, and allowing this to be possible. As much as I would love to see both Rod and Dwayne wear the crown of Mr. HBCU, we all know there can only be ONE winner...
