Hampton U or Howard U?!

I want to transfer to a HBCU, I currently am a freshman/sophmore( just a few more credits than im a sophmore) at Rutgers, The state University of New Jersey in New Brunswick I love both schools and cant decide which one to go to... what is your oppinion

Hey I got accepted to Howard and Hampton. I feel that Hampton is the best. It felt so much like home when I visited and I loved the atmosphere more than Howard's. Hampton all the way.

I also got accepted to both schools but I have to say I know I made the right choice... HOWARD U!!! I will be entering my second year in the fall and I have to say Howard is great. I did my research to determine which school would be best for me, one factor that was a major impact on my decision was the city of DC. There is so much to do in that city from museums, to restaurants, to clubs, to just chillen' on the National Mall. Another great thing about Howard is its reputation, because of it we get so many famous and influential speakers weekly visiting the school. Believe me if you choose Howard you'll have an experience of a lifetime.

HAMPTON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! It is currently ranked #2 in the best african american college . Morehouse is #1. Howard is.....who knows :?:

hmm either ya can have a home by the sea and can have a fun hoe-down and rodeo every night while chewing tabaccy, yeeeee-hhaaaawww or you can go to the home by the club, great internships and the ghetto chicken place...but seriously both are great schools..i mean i cant choose for ya..they both got their cons and pros

I am an incoming freshman and I will be Attending HAMPTON UNIVERSITY in the fall and I got accepted to Howard as well, but when I did my reserach I knew Hampton was the best answer for me....I mean look at Black Enterprise...we rank #2 for all HBCU's...I cant express to you how happy I am to go to Hampton!!!!!

if i were you i would choose Hampton . really they are both good schools no matter what everyone else says. it just depends on the environment you want. if you the more urban area go to howard. if you want a more laxed environment choose Hampton. i chose hampton cause i was concerned for my safety when i went to howard. sometimes i am in the library late and i did not feel safe walking on howards campus at night
