What yall think about it? Can it happen, has it happened. Whats your take on it. I personally think it's "possible", but extremely rare. I think lust at first sight is what people usually confuse for love.

No, because love is a process.
I also agree with this to an extent, but I think that you can have that initial feeling that tells you that the person whom you're fond of may be someone special in your life in the future.
So when people say, "I've loved you from the first time I saw you." Do you actually buy and/or believe that?
Yes. Your emotions can feel something that you're mind can't yet comprehend. The emotions are faster than your brain, and sometimes you're brain has to play catch-up. So when you finally realize that you were in love with someone, you also realize that you've ALWAYS felt that way about the person....you just didn't know it until it 'hit you'.

I also believe that a person can be in love (or love) more than one person at a time. It all comes from what I said a few posts ago. Their emotions feel something that their mind has yet to grasp ahold of....but at the same time, their emotions AND their mind are both in sync when it comes to having feelings for a totally different person. That theory is what keeps me so close to her. She feels full well that she wants us to be together, but she doesn't KNOW it yet. That logic is what keeps that glimmer of hope inside of me that wants to see the day when her mind will catch up with what her emotions have been telling her all this time. Thoughts like that get me through the day. Seriously.

I don't think it's possible, but I guess some people have that initial attraction to eachother, and maybe feel some sort of connect, but I don't think its right to call it love right off the bat...it depends on what your definition of real love is..

To me, real love is wanting to be with nobody else but that one person. Real love is willing. It's unwavering and it's consistant. Look at Bobby & Whitney. No matter how many times Bobby was hauled down to the big house for ****, messing around, dope charges....Whitney stayed with him, and she didn't let other people's opinion sway her away from her emotions. That's what real love is to me.

I believe that many things are possible when the heart and the mind are involved. I've never experienced it personally but I'm sure that someone has. Now LUST at first sight. I'm a veteran of that.
