R U Attending CAU this fall?

I'm stressing myself every day, and arguing with my father constantly about whether or not I want to be in debt by going to CAU, or just attend St. John's Univeriity which is also a private institution, but it's predominately caucasian. I really want to attend CAU, but the amount of $ they gave me in loans is crazy...I didn't even get work study. I mean damn. :sad:

yeah i have already been accepted. I am from the Heart of Los Angeles and i have been dying to go to CAU and now i am on my way. People onstantly criticize me about my choice but het Atlanta here i come!!!!!

Chila i'm going to CAU, I finally made up my mind. I really don't want to go through the whole application process again, and I dont want to take some test to go to a CUNY, these CUNYs think they regular colleges now...LOL, they have standards now, but anyone can basically get into a CUNY. I rather go to ATL anyways than to stay in NYC. ATL is poppin, so i'll just stick with the loans or try to arrange something with CAUs financial aid office to see if they have any other alternatives. Hopefully, I see you @ CAU!

Hey future Panthers!! CAU is worth the loans I promise. All the schools in the AUC are stingy with the money including Morehouse and Spelman. But the AUC is the ultimate experience. It's an experience you won't get at a white school and an experience you won't get at any other HBCU. The AUC is one of a kind, and CAU is even better. Despite CAU's flaws I love it, and most of us do, we even have other people in the AUC wishing they went here. I'm coming up on my third year at CAU and I have no financial regrets at all. There's a prestige and respect in going to CAU, and if you have the chance take it!!! If you guys have any questions or need a friend when u get here e-mail me! Luv Ya Panthers!!
