Its a Chicago thing. There is a House Arrest II dance group at my school, and they do it. It does look like they are running in place, but it's live. In Detroit its called "jittin"

Naw....I'm from Fla...... But I go to Alabama A&M......But i seen the House Arrest Group from FAMU.....My homegirl, dance with them........plus they came up here to do a conert(All the House Arrest's from the different schools, did a concert)
