Good stuff Demmeri. . . to take this further. . . The problem is there will be a lot of white people claiming they are black suddenly, and I wouldn't think it was fair for immigrants to be able to claim the financial reparations. College scholarships sounds is a good idea, but it would only serve to dumb down the already watered down curricula in college. We should pressure for community redevelopment, workforce training, AND scholarships. Those who can't/won't go to college will still be able to get a living wage job at the local warehouse, or be trained as a skilled laborer/artisan.
