New "Sorority"

I didn't see this posted previously, but one of my friends in Memphis was telling me about these orgs. What do you think? http://www.oepi.com

Ok, Let me get this correct....You can join this "orgnization".....but you don't have be enrolled in a four year college or university........ What in the hell......
