The "N" word? why/ why not
Do you care if white people say it to each other?
I use the word alot and even I think too much. Im about to stop saying it or at least try.

Do I use it? Yes... althoguh it is completely against my Howard training...
When do I use it? In these choice instances:
"Nicca please..."
"I wish a nicca would..."
"Niccas ain't shyt..."
"What up, mah nicca?"
apart from those four, I try not to use it, but I'm not perfect....
As mila said, its so much more a term of endearment, but I don't use it around educators, my track coach or my parents...

I use it very rarely....most times if I feel like I'm about to use it I say negro which isn't really much better. But I try not too.

Naw, but fo real, usually I use it when my friends are telling me about a triflin' nicca (there's another use) that did something to them.... then the person is referred to as a nicca... and their @ss is promptly womped...
