Congratulations! I like watching their football team play. I think the **** championship will be LSU VS Florida or LSU vs Tennessee.

I admit it was quick....But I had sent out all of my applications (about 7) online and before October... soo now it is just the waiting game. But I'm an in-state student who goes to an "LSU feeder school" so I'm not surprised. LA highschool students (with a specified GPA and ACT) qualify for TOPS... which is essentially a grant that goes towards full tuition and "mandatory fees" for LA universities...and if your ACT score is high enough you get a stipend (up to $800/semester)soo in my case...financial aid isn't a problem. But for out of state students LSU has many merit scholarships (ACT based/and National Achievement) Living in Baton Rouge...I've been bombarded with LSU recruitment but I love the campus, the people, and the social life!! It also doesn't hurt to be close to home! The dorms are nice and the facilities are up-to-date. They even offer reduced priced laptops and software for LSU students...It's really student friendly... Especially African American student friendly... Although it is a really large school (total LSU system=40,000), if you get into the honors college it dramatically reduces the class sizes. and then there is sports...I really love LSU in an all around aspect... But my first love is Clark Atlanta... Soo...we'll see how this goes. Girll noo...I don't blame you for asking questions.
