thanx :-) ...i dont know yet, i was thinking about going to Howard again, until i heard about its pharmacy school losing its accreditation...plus, i heard that Howard aint that tyte in pre-pharmacy either...
Sweetheart, if you want to be a Pre-Pharm major you should be at Xavier. That is Xavier University of Louisiana. It is (in many peoples opinion) one of the best HBCU's to go to for Pre-Pharmacy and Pre-Med. Yes thats in da N.O. but don't let Katrina scare you. There are bad **** natural disasters everywhere. Plus, besides the **** madness, da N.O. is one of the best citys to go to school. I mean you get a good education AND will NEVER be bored. There is always something to do. And if you can't think of nuthin....Go to the Quarters.....Guarenteed Laugh!!! Think About It. Good Luck!

For all of you that are thinking about majoring in pre-pharmacy, pre-med, or any other science, and have over looked my beautiful school...check out these facts..... "Xavier has been especially successful in educating health professionals. The College of Pharmacy is first in the nation in the number of Doctor of Pharmacy degrees awarded to African Americans; since 1927 it has graduated nearly 25% of the 6,500 Black pharmacists practicing in the United States. It is one of only two pharmacy schools in Louisiana. In pre-medical education, Xavier is first in the nation in placing African American students into medical schools, where it has been ranked for the past 10 years. The 77% acceptance rate of Xavier graduates by medical schools is almost twice the national average, and 92% of those who enter medical schools complete their degree programs." This is directly from the website @ www.xula.edu check it out if you want to know more :-D
