Get Your WEIGHT Up

I've been on the weights working out this summer, as I know a lot of yall have been as well. I'm still trying to figure out a way to get my weight up and get more muscle. Just wanna hear suggestions of plans that yall are under. What kinda excercises yall do to develop parts of your body. How many reps do you do and how often. What kinda food you eat to develop muscle. stuff like that.

i wanna get my bench back up to 220 by the end of the semester... when i left HS, i was at 220, i don't know where i am now, i prolly don't have that strength anymore, but i'll be back up there by the end of the semester right now i went down to 185 :?
