Because some of the times the counties be crunc as hell and some of our cities are so big that they have more than one area code, such as Dallas which is 214/972/469

That's because big cities that have sub-cities within them are grouped under one county, at least in Florida. Instead of naming all the sub-cities in a primary city that you want to rep, you just rep the county. Speaking of which, I'll 4-ever rep that infamous (305), Miami-Dade County, da realist place to be!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Smile
