I really do feel lazy now.. I'm a thrower (well.. former thrower) and all I ever did was lift weights and do a couple of crunches, but now, I walk w/ my mom to increase HER mobility (just had surgery).. yea... I need to get back to working out how I used to... I just have enuff time btwn summer semester and work...:?

Oh.. I don't think the surgery is necessarily a copout.. if it is hereditary to be obese (heavy-set), then I can understand it..
If you just ballooned up because you didn't manage your eating properly, then I don't condone it, but I understand it.. Y'all have to remember that you first have to lose a substantial amount of weight before you can have the surgery... IT's hard to lose weight... I been tryna do it for forever... naw.. I'm thick, but it is hard to truly burn fat off..not w/ the biscuits around..

Usually, I go to the gym for about 3 or 4 times a week. I also warm up by either jogging or doing some other form of cardiovascular activity, and I alternate between working on my upper body and my lower body when I'm at the gym.
