How does someone forget their line name or their Number??? This amazes me! I know that Greek doesn't run rampid in everyone's veins and after awhile some people can begin to lose track of general frat/sorority info, but how do you forget what your own bros/sorors used 2 kall YOU??

^^ I think it's safe to say that regardless of the org, the older sorors are gonna frown upon these things. I had a Soror frown up on me one day at one of our car washes. It was 90 degrees and there were tons of people there. She thought it was inappropriate for me to have a shirt that exposed my belly in public; she also thought my navel ring was inappropriate  But what I had to politely explain to my conservative seasoned Soror is that I've had my navel ring for five years, that's longer than I've been an AKA  I also had two tatoos before becoming an AKA lady but they are tasteful tats with meaning and they aren't easily seen. Whether a Soror or not, there are just people in general that frown on tats and piercings period. It is defintely against protocol to get your letters tatted on you(not to mention TACKY as hell!) but there are ways to get around it without it being blatantly obvious. My Soror has the tiny ivy leaf on her ankle((and it is too cute)), as mentioned, I have Delta friends with the little red elephants on their ankles and my aunt who has been DST for 35 years has a pyramid with 1913 in it. Zeta friend has a blue kitten on her shoulder, SGRho friend has a tiny poodle on her shoulder as well. So again it all depends on how it's done...
Branding is a definite UH UH and is very unlady like IMO. I have yet to see a sorority member branded and I dread the day I do!

At the top of this page Inferno asked what if you got a tattoo that had nothing to do with the sorority after you crossed? You stated that was against protocol. Then I asked my questions.

That is definitely suspect. But don't refer to her as a Delta. Say you met a woman who claimed to be a Delta....blah blah blah.
