Two High Schoolers that is.....There seemed to be a tie between QUA and Skeegee for your favorite HBCU HIGH SCHOOLERS....so this will be the tie breaking poll. It will run for 3 days....This will FINALLY determine your favorite HBCU HIGH SCHOOLER.
