I honestly, do believe in God. He has been with me through the good and the bad. Lately, I have heard a lot of people blaming God for what happened to them or for what they did. I even heard someone blame God for killing their brother and he doesn't think a god exists. Not too many people stop and think about what they had done or what they had brought on themselves. They even blame the devil too, but they blame God more. People, think before you act and don't blame God for your mistakes! God loves you.

No, my friend you have it all wrong. And that is not to be desrespectful its just for clarity. We all have a choice to what we believe in, that's freedom. God don't hold us hostage to follow His rules, it is entirely up to us whether we want to follow His will or not. The commandments were given because folk needed something to keep them in line in the way of life. Commandments in what God expects us to worship Him and commandments in which God expects us to treat each other. That's all it is. We follow a whole lot of rules in society, such as don't cross the street on a red light. Pay your car note or it will be repoed. There are rules all around us. For me personally, because I've chosed Christianity, my life has been better ever since. Now let me say this...It's not easy. And I wish pastors, preachers, matriarchs, patriarchs had explained to young Christians no matter the age, that to follow Christ is not an easy thing to do. It takes sacrifice and discipline. Guess what else, Christianity does not allow someone to be holier than thou, fanatics or looking down on someone because they've made mistakes or they are not on the level of someone who has been a Christian a long time. We all are saved by grace and we don't have a right to down someone else. But my belief is strong just as the next person believes in something else. So it is up to the individual whether they want to take this walk or not...it's up to the individual it they want to walk with another religion. But as for me and my house, I will serve the Lord. I love all of you because Christ loves you and He is my example. Yes, I may not have known Him in His earlier life on earth but I know Him in my heart because what He has done for me. Holla, and I'll Hollaback.

So, revtray you "chose" Christianity ?
One thing I could say about Christianity is that they don't give you too many options..
In the Christian Crusades it was..Either you convert or DIE..
In the Common Era it's..Either you become a Christian or Burn in HELL!!
BET doesnt even acknowledge the African-American Muslim crowd and only caters to the Christians in the early mornings and on Sundays..
There aren't any other options.
Same could be said with "Islam".
People aren't really givin the freedom to study other religions such as taoism, buddhism and even Rastafarianism. There is NO option for "interfaith dialogue". None what so ever!!
So I'm not sure if you "chose" Christanity but I believe that our society "chose" Christanity for you..
