i agree. Housing is real janky, so your best bet would be for you guys to come at the same exact time and try to get a room together. If u guys still get seperated and have different roomates, u might be able to convince one of the other girls to switch with u guys if u say that u two went half and half on packing items and really need to be together.
However, in my opinion, i think u miss out on a lil bit when you room with your friends. Trust, living with a person is a totally different situation, and i've seen friendships end over stuff like that. It ain't easy
girl preach, my advice is NEVER EVER room with a friend, as kenya said, living with someone is entirely different than having a few sleepovers when yall were friends, its best to just room apart and visit each other,trust!...especially if yall are living together near study time and she likes to play her stereo loud while you are trying to sleep before the test..if you value the friendship please "just say no" lol
Thanks for all the input. Cause I just wanted to room with my friend 'cause that's my homie and i don't want to end up with somenody real dirty or psycho. So I thought it was pretty safe rooming with a friend.

Trust, there is a possibility of u gettin a chick u don't click with. Freshman year i was roomed with a psycho lesbian. It wasn't easy, but at least i left that school year hating the guts of someone that i didn't really know, as opposed to someone who was close to me at some point. But it's on u baby doll. U and your friend might be alright as long as u keep communication open at ALL times. Cuz i'm tellin u, if ya'll don't set the ground rules from jump, it's gonna come back to bite u later, no matter how close u think ya'll are.
With the way my personality is, I am going to be switchin up roomies like jordans. I guess that's just apart of the college experience. Thanks ya'll...all the info was useful.
