I wouldnt stay here in New Orleans either. Visit yes, live no. There's a huge difference between New Orleans and Atlanta. I mean, some areas here are poor for real. I've seen their projects and it makes ours look like residential neighborhoods. Their school system isn't the greatest, and I don't see me raising a family in this city. Great place to party for festivals and stuff, but I just love Atlanta. We have some of the best schools, neighborhoods, businesses, and blacks and other minorities can really make something of themselves there. How many other major cities have black female mayors? I don't know exactly where I wanna live after graduation, but I am defintley starting my family and raising my kids in Atlanta.

I am seriously considering settling down in Charlotte. I dont wanna move back home to Raleigh cause - i need a change and i wanna get away from certain things there. but i like charlotte- its big, lots of things to do and new people to meet. i might now stay here for the rest of my life but i see myself in charlotte for at least 4 or 5 years after college

i really don't mind DC. I wouldn't mind staying either here or in Maryland, but for my field, most of the options/opportunities are back at home in LA. It's the heart of entertainment, my best bet would be to go back home. But i've always said "i'm going where the job is". So if i get a decent offer in DC, NY, ATL, Chi-town, etc...that's where i'll be.

I definitely could see myself living in Charlotte after college. It's alright up here. If not Charlotte I'll definitely be headed to NY or ATL.

nope. not bowie. i dont like this city. its too suburban for me. although the dc metro area is a lovely but highly competitive job market. if i stayed in the area it WOULD NOT be in pg county, more specifically bowie. i am planning to attend grad school and work as well. im open to any big city where i can thrive or at least get a start in my career.
