Ok...i figured that i would lighten up the board a little...so this is for the GREEKS...(and 4 prospects to learn what NOT to do).

Greeks what is the funniest/weirdest thing that a prospect ever did to catch your attention? I know there are some funny stories out there so spill the beans

before i start i am not a greek, not even in college until this fall!!!! but im smarter than my friend.......
However, my tale begins on the campus of morgan state university. it was one of the stops on a HBCU college tour. anyway (i happen to know a couple of greek friends so i know some rules about what not to do) we are walking on campus looking at the school and we get to some place where there is a huge AKA mural and my friend drops everything that she does and yell "I WANT TO BE AN AKA"..."MY AUNTIE IS AN AKA AND SHE GOT ME THIS SHIRT"blah blah blah blah. now i know she was wrong but the only person there really was our tour guide. it wasnt that bad until we found out that the tour guide was the president of that chapter. lets just say that she continued to do on about four campuses. i tried to talk to her but hey what does a non greek know about these things? that was the week i understood my what sigma brother inlaw ment about "discrection".
Well you tell her to come to howard and act like that...I would love to CATCH her in the act :x :x
But yes...your brother in law was right because discretion is a major part of ANY BGLO!
Ok I have a great story...matter of fact this happened to me today! ****! Ok so today i was geting ready 2 move out my dorm and i went on campus 2 pick up a few things...so while i am waiting for the shuttle bus this girl poped up out of no where and scared the heck out of me! but anyways she saw me in my little pink and green outfit (i been rockin' pink and green like every day for the past month lol) and she was like hey arent you an AKA?...being the person that i am...i proceeded to roll my eyes and and walk away from her. lets just say that home girl ran really fast and caught up 2 me, and said how she knows that im an AKA and she knew my name and all my info already...so i replied sarcastically and said "well so do I". then she proceeded to tell me that she thought that i was "sooo cute" (i tell no lies when i say this) and that the moment she saw me i just had that "AKA persona all over me". She said that "all her friends say that she looks like ME!" and that I "NEED 2 help her become an AKA so that we can be like TWINS!!!!" i was like WTF!! is this Bi*ch serious! !! Number one "my line name (incase you didnt know yet) is "proceed with caution"...which she clearly didnt do! Secondly she was just so blunt with hers! i have NEVER seen such s*it in my life! i guess she thought that if she told me that i was cute that i would like her! she clearly oversteped her boundries and then to have the NERVE to tell me that I NEED TO HELP HER BECOME AN AKA... boy o boy...lets just say that i put that girl in her place...and it wasnt pretty

The funniest thing that has happened to me was this girl would be very EXTRA when it came to our events and stuff.. like come all decked out.. helping to do little things... the biggest was at our bazaar when she went all the way back to some building to get us some chairs to sit at... we didnt even ask her to do it.. then she bought all of us chicken terriaki sticks and sodas, and I dont know if yall know but at Hampton Bazaars aint nuttin cheap!!! But that was too damn funny.. she was "pre-hazing" herself. :lol:
