Im transferring to a school in Houston and I just found out that people are dressing like Mr. Bentley. Ya'll know button ups with loud flashy ties..Sport coats, leather shorts and pants..Here's a pic

You can't judge people's style off of a couple a pics on the internet and pics of people at parties (who have a reason to dress up in the first place).
