HAMPTONIANS: WHY NO REFRIGERATORS BUT WE CAN HAVE TV'S??

it seems kind of twisted to me that we are not allowed to have refridgerators in our dorms but we are allowed to have cable. So basically food isn't important but that new HBO special really isn't! If anyone knows why they have this screwed up rule then please let me know. Thanx.

man I dont know WHAT school will let u have a george forman grill...most of my friends at other schools (and even at mine) u cant have one...but u can have a fridge...and yes, last year when I stayed in Kelsey, there were multiple hair dryers going, plus our RA and another girl had a fridge and the power went out to the whole 4th floor and 3rd floor southside...so yes, circuits really do get overloaded. Oh yeah and have fun with the ghost in VC ha ha...
