As most of you have said before, my biggest fear is not being able to pay for a quality education.

I got a 19 on the ACT and a 940 (reading + math) on the SAT. My biggest fear is not getting into Howard. I pray and hope all the time that I can make it into Howard and I try and study for the next SAT on January 28. I just hope that I can make it to Howard and be a bison!

My biggest fear is that I won't get accepted into my 1st or 2nd choice. My second biggest fear is choosing the wrong school, and my third is paying for college. I'm applying for scholarships, but if all else fails, loan city...

Wow, I feel better. It seems like no one at my school is thinking about financial aid. My EFC is 0, I have no college fund. I put it all in God's hands. I've also been doing scholarship searches since 7th grade. So....if anyone wants any help with any financial aid, I'm your girl. That's what i plan to do for a career, so I love to do it. Good luck to all!!

Have you gotten any scholarships yet? If you have an Urban League in your city, you should try them. They have some good scholarships. Also, the NAACP has scholarships due by March 31. On some of those scholarships, you have to be a member of the NAACP tho. Membership is only $15 for youth.
