Point blank - what helps you escape...from everything?
For me, it's writing (mainly poetry) and (hip-hop & r&b) music....

for me its writing , listening to Nas or Marvin ( i have an old soul) or going for a nice run to calm my nerves.

I like to write a lot. Lately its been the best thing for me. I used to write a yr ago and i stoped and when i was down south this summer,it helped me start writing again. I also enjoy listening to music to relax.

for me its like takin a hot bubble bath and listenin to my amerie cd on # 4 and talking to my boyfriend he relaxs me like after a hectic day at work or after basketball practice i jus pick up the phone and call him or he calls me and we talk for hours and he relieves my stress!!

ah phat J of that grinch, some henny and alize, bubble bath..with some slow music playing... and a good **** book to read....shopping also relives a lot of stress for me...

I will sing my lil yellow **** off...today my neighbors came over to see what i was listning to and then when they realized i was singin.....i need a record deal.....if ashanti can get famous.....*shakes fist*
