Oh, there was one last thing I wanted to say - something I thought about as I was logging off yesterday.... I don't know how many times I've been on here and I've seen people dissin' NATURAL beauty....I've seen people talk about Mya's "big nose"....people saying her head is too big for her body.....I've heard people talk about Jay-Z's lips in a negative way.....and of course, I know everyone always wants to talk about Whoopi and how she needs to "fix herself up".... I get on here and address artificial/superficial beauty and somebody has an issue with it.... I mean, I appraise natural beauty, and I don't really care too much for Whoopi, but I do admire her for keeping with the way she looks, despite much criticism (and homegirl is still loved by many, regardless of the way she looks)..... And when I say "natural" beauty...I don't necessarily mean walking out the house with a 'fro, no make up, etc....I just mean beauty that hasn't been permenantly tampered with.... And I do understand that some celebrities do have the work done for health reasons (i.e. Lyza Minelli, *sp...or Starr Jones having that surgery done to lose weight).....I mean, if Miss Beyonce did it because she was having nasal issues (which I HIGHLY doubt, lol), then hey - more power to her....and to everyone else, for that matter..... I saw Beyonce (with her "new look") perform last night on MTV at the "**** Awareness" concert, and homegirl ripped the stage. I mean, that girl seriously has a powerful voice and endless energy and charisma. My main point was that, in the end, she did not have to do it....just like Vivica...and Janet....and everyone else. They are still attractive people...but they were already very attractive before...and in their natural form...which says a lot more. The End .

And on a final note...imagine if everyone in the entire world had the money to achieve this so-called "perfect look"....everybody would look the exact same, and I'm TELLING you...everyone would look White....because, whether we want to admit it or not, that is tragically what we consider to be superior beauty and perfection.
*Whitney stands up and applauds* God never meant for people to have a perfect body. And I love mine even though i have a big **** but no hips and a incredibly tiny waist and i'm knock-kneed (i'm funny built like HELL). But i'm beautiful and i would never change a thing other than GAINING some weight. Look at that pic---ain't I fine???

LoL, thank ya, girl! Thought I was goin' crazy for a minute...like, HAS THE WORLD GONE MAD?!?!?! *lol* And thanks to everyone else who see what I was trying to say....and aGREE....

First the only issue I had with anything you said was the those who do it are trying to be white and gain acceptance by the white community or some such nonsense. If that was what you wanted to address, than that should have been your thesis statement, not something you throw in the conclusion to make everything else you say look good. :roll:

^^^RIGHT THAT WAS THE PROBLEM I HAD TO SLIM...SHE TRIED TO PUT AH WHITE LABEL...ON THAT WHOLE ISSUE..WHICH I THOUGHT WAS SHALLOW.... :roll: I KNOW I SAID I WAS NOT GONNA COMMENT ON THIS TOPIC AGAIN BUT SOEWHAT :roll: :roll: :roll:
