:arrow: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYY! - as in what's up or what's up with that....or just because!!
example!!!
a friend: girl he said he gon take me to the movies
ME: HEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEYYYYYYYYYY!!!
