Beans, babie, beans! A big ol' pot of pintos, black-eyed peas, red beans or black beans are all "legumes". We also eat yellow, brown and red split peas. Do you like East Indian Food? Cuz they have a dish called Dahl (sp)-that is off the chain w/ potatoes wrapped up in a pita or tortilla.
