Prime Example of what Shoya and I were talking about.. Lady J- maynot like what she read here. With her being a Christain more than likely she's gonna stop speaking to me on AIM or in any other way. Or it won't be the same..Ya know they gotta stay away from us Heathen's :cry: back to Tastie: I've never really turned my back to "God" but I've been able to accept all the tragic sh*t that happens on earth. A guy just sold me "****Killers" on bootleg. Acts of **** around the world and in Iraq. A lot of the **** has to do with "****", or the holy war. At one time I was ANGRY for all the suffering in the world and instead of pointing fingers at "God", I've found a way to deal with all this sh*t..My way is different than yours but my way was the "Right" way for me...

I dont think Lady_J would do all of that. But then again i dont know her. But for real...u shouldn't call yerself a heathen...but then again...if thats how u feel. But Comm'n now. I feel like yer just putting ALL Christians in the same category. Yea we all are Christians, but not everyone is like all the Christians you've met. I can even use myself as an example. Yes i am a Christian, No i dont act like im HOLIER than THO, No i dont look down on people because they're not like me, Yes i am very open to other peoples opinions...and just like everyone else...i hate hyprocrits. Christians aren't perfect. They're just like u, me, and shoya. Cause Lord knows i make tons of mistakes. But just like that Donnie McClurkin song says..."We fall down...but we get up." And im glad u found a way to deal wit all tha different stuff goin on in this CRAZY world we live in. And of course its gonna be different from mine...and im not even knockin ya for that. U do U. Ya feel me?! But i'll tell ya one thing...the world seems a lot less crazier when u have God by yer side. And honestly i can say that im not 100% right wit God right now...cause im out tryin to do my own thing. But I know that, and i know how much happier i would be if i was walkin wit The Lord right now. And i'm pretty sure you've had some kind of experience when u felt that way...being as you said you used to go to church wit yer mom and e'rythang. (or was that shoya?) ANYWAYS...i dont know what kind of point i just tried to make right now. I think i went off and started ramblin. FORGIVE ME!!!! LOL!!!! :lol: :lol:

whoa whoa whoa....now i didnt stray away from the typical christian god because i thought he caused floods and stuff....its just i did not feel a spirtual presence with going to church, the bible...it seemed fake....so i left the 'church' and tried our different religions to try to find myself....now i think someone talked about that i shouldnt be jumping around to find my religion or maybe i misread.... but how can you possibly appreciate the religion you do have if you know nothing about other religions...i love my religion because i weighed the pros and cons of each one and made an educated decision of how i wanted to follow my life and i am quite grateful that i did instead of wallowing in ignorance... ....even though i have skipped around different religionsthe one i do have makes me feel at peace with my god and this is something a christian or the bible could never do for me......coming from a former "church brat" :lol: .... p.s--to tastie and you "window of opportunity" comment...this may seem weird but the ones i have talked about are the ones, who when religion is brought up in an intellectual factor will try to "nicely" convert me, or tell me why my god is wrong and why their god is better in a "nice" fashion...but then if i tried to do that, i would get Eek

for even THINKING of trying to tell the wrongdoings of the christian way from my religion's point of view or why i think the whole religion is unjustified...i mean im all for spouting out the word or whatnot, but in america or when talking with groups of friends the talks about religion are so one-sided its ridiculous...well with the GREAT majority

No...no...its not weird at all. Because believe it or not...i've actually had someone try and do that to me and convert me to their religion. Yea it makes me think...but im too strong into my religion. Granted i might not go to church every Sunday...and i might not even read my Bible every day...but i know what religion is for me. And i am in no way tryin to persuade u guys to convert to Christianity, its juss my opinions just as yall are givin me yours. I have spread Word to some of my friends and even they look at me crazy. Its not like i try and get people to convert right then and there...because a lot of the time thats juss impossible. But all i do is plant a seed in peoples hearts. So that way, when they feel free to explore, (hopefully) they'll remember what i told em'. Ya feel me??

i dont know but i just hate it when people classify everyone of a certain group together. like just because they all believe in the same thing that they are all going to go about it the same way. just because people may have done shady Sh*t like that to you in the past or whatever doesnt mean that Lady-J or anyone else will do the same. but im sure you already know that...you just more than likely decided to forget about it in light of the discussion. i feel lady-j because i am a christian and i also happen to be hot-tempered and reading stuff like this makes me upset also. to have someone knock what i believe partially because of their own personal mishaps. but you know what...its all good. i am kinda glad for this topic because even though i dont agree with alot of what is being said, i am still taking it as a learning experience. and for the record, 1lazynigga, if i happened to know you like that, i wouldn't have stopped talkin to you becuase we have different belief systems. in being a christian myself, i accept people as they are. i may agree with their beliefs but i still admire and respect them as a person....maybe u need to be surrounded by more positive christians instead of the ones that steadily put you down....and dont say that all the ones you do know DO put you down cuz i have a feeling that that is what you are gonna say next and i dont wanna hear that Sh*t :arrow: **officially TOO THRU with this post :arrow: :arrow: **

Gurl u know u comin back!!! And thats where a lot of Christian people go wrong...when they get heated over this type of stuff. Its simply juss folks expressin their opinions. Ya gots ta stay coo calm and collective. So that way, all of yer thoughts get processed! :lol: :lol:
