Ok, I walked in the Student Union cafeteria talking to my girl, and her friend came up to me, "hey, ain't u on the Facebook? Yea, u the girl wit the blue dress, yadayadayada in yadayada group!" and proceeds2have a conversation wit me I'm like ooohhhkkaaayyy. Thing is, this happens ALL the time, just random people comin up to me like, Yea u on the Facebook, ain't you? has that ever happened to you?

LOL I did too, along wit many of my friends who are transferring to other schools too...I got on facebook wit my Hampton email but yes I'm switching it as soon as my Kent email addy! Facebook me!

See Im the opposite. If I have never conversed, or even exchanged a hello with, you are rejected...LOL Okay sometimes I break the rules! But only occasionally. I still have like 500 friends and they really are people Im cool with. Now lets not even get on groups.... Im definitely guilty of being in one too many (actually 46 too many to be exact) groups.

I'm a neat freak, so I would like to make a small request of my HBCU high school friends: If your real college has Facebook when you get there, please transfer your account over. Don't just make a new one. No need to have 2 profiles if you never enrolled in classes at 2 colleges, ya know? Besides, you'd have to add all your friends all over again... Clearly nobody's gonna listen to me. :x

Nobody's ever recognized me from Facebook. I only recognized this one dude, but when I told him that, I think he started coming on to me. #-o I thought Facebook was gonna enhance my life somehow, but just like this forum, it's only given me another great way to procrastinate. :evil: I remember the first time I knew of the girl named Kenya. She made the "Thicker than a Snicker" group, and I was like, "Someday I'm going to see that woman in real life and say, 'You're Kenya, aren't you?' (flowers)" That day never came... :sad: So, how about that new party browser? Is this Shoya's boyfriend in my loner-group/dorm/xanga? What's up with these weird freshman girls who make it say they're married to their best girlfriend? I've seen it like 4 times!

When it comes to HU peeps, i don't really have that problem. I actually know...or have at least seen the peeps on my friends list at Howard (with a few exceptions of course ). But it's the peeps from other schools that mess me up. But hey, i just have one rule. If they aren't blue & white, I force em at least exchange a few words with me in messages before claiming me as a "friend". That's fair right?

Lol-there is actually a group on facebook (vcu) "U mighta seen me on facebook, but nicca u dont know me!".....which i am a member of and another one is "You wanna be my friend on facebook but not in real life....oh ok". Facebook is gettin out of control...lol. :???:
