What is the 1st thing people say about you when u say tell them where you are from? I hear this one alot. So you from Detroit i herd you will get jacked fast up there or **** all bad things really. So when you are asked about your hometown what is said? And about our image yes we do have that bad image. Some say it's the worse place 2 stay in the nation. But i just wonder because the pop is over 85% black?

I'm from Richmond Va. (aka Rich City, Richtown, and Cap City.) As I mentioned in the above post, I don't get questions, but I get comments like, "I can't believe there are confederate flags!", "Man Virginia is all country", etc. But, here are some pics of my city. Enjoy!

^^Im sorry but i personally HATE Richmond with a passion.....and its a mess-only reason im there is VCU-the only. :x

It is truly a mess! Why do you think I wanna leave as soon as I finally graduate (lol)? I'm pretty much tired of Richmond, and I dislike it a lot. BTW, why do you hate Richmond (just curious)?

Richmond is its own little world...i sware. First of all i hate the police up there-yes im bi*chng cuz i got a $271 ticket recently from turning onto Grace Street during the wrong time of day (wtf!!) :x .....when my car got broken into-it was like no police ever existed. Two words: Monroe Park<---my goal is not to become another one of its inhabitants. Gas is always high-in fact everything is higher there....why is that?? Man went to krispy kreme to get some donuts they talkin bout $12 for a dozen -what-man down here is $6. The "natives" irritate me with those damn gold glasses and fake fronts "Aye shawty...come er"-uugh the way they talk irritate me too. Bums walkin with me to class isnt cool either. Ok ive rambled on enough....

I've always wondered what a Nike boot is. And Northfaces are good for cold weather. I've got the snorkel kind, everyone owns one in New York, tho the girls one will set you back $250 or more. No wearing a Northface is kinda wack in NY, unless you've got something better- meaning more expensive. :lol:

Oh you from Houston though... Lil Flip yo favorite rapper? No!!!! You listen to screw? Yea I do, but I am more of a R&B person. Who is Mike Jones? Ha Ha that is so lame. Is it really that hot down there? No just be faking when I sweat or pass out. Gotcha!!! Is it as fun as people say? How the hell am I supposed to know. It's home, so home is like whatever. I know it's better than this boring **** place.
