Hmm...the average size is 14...I really think there's a problem with America. Not to say 14 is HUGE but our nation definitely has some weight issues to figure out.

It really makes me sick to see Americans who let themselves go and then try a two-week diet of starving themselves to lose weight. It's unhealthy to try a quick fix like that. We need to concentrate more on health a fitness. So a girl who is size 12 can be physically fit, yes. But after awhile that fat will start to leave. It's not a new idea! So why are people finding such difficulty with it? It's not like people have to cut a leg off. It's just caring about your body enough to want what's best for it. And having a "wide body frame" doesn't mean anything. I'm wide. Not wide so I have to be put in a size 12 or 14. But for my size I am wide, but I can somehow manage to fit into a size 7. My mother was a size 16 and said it was because she was wide. Well, once she started eating healthier and working out every now and then, she realized that getting rid of some unwanted fat & getting into a size 10 showed she wasn't as wide as she thought. People need to get around the excuses of blaming their body frame and saying their comfortable how they are because you might realize too late how important it was to lose that 15 or 20 pounds. There is no way that anyone can change my opinion because my best friend's father who weighs just above 300 lbs has to be while he sleeps has already had 2 mild heartattacks. His health is sooo bad because of his weight that he cannot even get up to do physical activity. And he's only 44. The strain on the family is tremendous and I dont want 2 see others go thru this. But if u choose to not care for yourself you really can't say this will never happen to you. SO people, pleeease be careful.
