AIGHT KIDS!!! it's time to ask the questions you didn't want to ask!! What you do is, pick ONE person off of HBCU and ask them ANY question you want.. f@ck YEAH!!! BIOTCHS....They raised it $400 a semester for out of state students...so basically, we paying like $8,016 for Tuition a year not including room and board...****...Yeah they raised it though
