i sleep on my side in the fetal position or on my back with my hand holdin my stomach y i dont' know i rarely sleep on my stomach unless i'm sick...

i sleep on my side curled up in a ball facing away from light...sometimes with a pillow or hands between my knees...for some reason, it helps my back out... one day maybe i'll replace that pillow and hand with my wife? 2nd post in a row that got the ladies a little wet...nasty ****...8-)

I sleep on my side most of the time. I found out yesterday I love sleeping on couches tho. I ain't wanna get up for nothin.
