The first thing i would do is get tested to make sure that didn't pcik up anything from her. And if you really love her and think it can work you already know what you have to do.

I feel you on that, but at the same time, if she's trying to be down for you and only you then why wouldnt you stick with her. At the end of the day, you're not goin to be layin beside all the people in her past, just like she's not laying beside all the people in ya past. And its easy for people (mostly men) to be hypocritical about stuff like this, until someone checks their past.

I feel you. It is a double standard when it comes to something like this. At teh same time, that's not always the case. What if I don't have a past liek that? Not even remotely close to anything that serious? I give all props to you bro, casue it sounds like you found ya queen. I'd feel like I wasn't offered all the facts up front before I started to catch feelings. I know I wouldn't feel the same way if she'd a told me that upfront.

and your so right...guys sometimes are quick to juge what a female should and should not have done but why you take a look in their past they're not exactly holy either...Females look past all that so why can't guys?

nah won't say I got her yet, but I'm working on it. But I was raised mostly to see things from a woman's prospective (thanks to my sister) so I know how double standards on either side can ruin relationships. As for your past not equaling that of their's, I feel the past is important to a degree, but depending on time and alot of other factors, the past can some times be irrelevant. But I'm more focused on the present and the future of someone more than their past...

^^^...I concur. Sometimes the past is irrelevant, especially in college. I guess that's an area I have to grom in a lil bit more.

Hold true to your standard lil bro. It is an admirable one. My one question to you: Do you have the "V" card? If you don't, be careful not to be hyporcritical. If you do, be careful not to be judgemental.

Bravo, D. It's never too late to change. Let that slip up go. Granted you cannot change the past and get your virginity back, but you CAN save yourself from that point forward. That is the true premise of this entire topic. People can change. But can you let go of someone's past, in spite of their past mistake(s)? And the underlying topic is, if everyone had it, why would I think the "luvin" is special for me? Food for thought.
